30 feet in the front, 12 feet on both side yards, 25 feet in the back. Some lots with special conditions may be allowed less than these minimums subject to DRC approval.

3,000 square feet minimum and The maximum Area of Disturbance, exclusive of the driveway, may not exceed 12,500 square feet. The only disturbance allowed outside of the Building Envelope are the driveway, individual Lot entry monuments, if any, and utilities between the road and the dwelling. Except for the driveway, no building or construction shall be permitted within the Conservation Easement Zone.
